Currently we are in need of League Coordinators for the Monday Women's. If interested please contact Phill Drobnick at 744-4048 for more information. Phill will also be serving as League Commissioner to coordinate the entire schedule and answer any of the League Coordinators questions.
Please sign up your teams with the League Coordinators or on the sign-up sheets posted at the RRCC. If you would like to play in a league, however you do not have a team, please call the League Coordinator or Phill and we will find a team for you.
As Curl Mesabi's first National competition we need your help with the Senior Nationals. Gene "Gene the Curling Machine" Johnson (741-8312), Bruce Johnson (744-2345) and the rest of the committee have done an excellent job landing and organizing the event but they need volunteers before and during the event. Please notify them to volunteer.
The following is a list of the upcoming Bonspiels at Curl Mesabi. Please plan to participate in these upcoming events. Contact the Bonspiel Committee Chair - William T. Maki (744-1130) - to volunteer for or help coordinate the various Spiels.

Dues for the 1999-2000 season will be $110. New curlers will be half price. Pledges are still required and are being collected, except for first year Curlers and juniors. Pledges remained at $250 payable over 5 years. All pledges received go toward Capital Equipment for Curl Mesabi and not operating expenses. Lockers rental remains the same as last year: $20 for a large, $10 for a small.
With the Ice already in Chuck "Pebbles" Rozinka and Phill Drobnick are desperately in need of some assistants for this very important and rewarding position. They also need some volunteers to help with pebbling and ice cleaning during the various events scheduled, especially during the Senior Nationals. Please contact Chuck (744-4074) or Phill (744-4048) to participate in this exciting opportunity to learn the fine art of icemaking.
Advertising Committee
Mailings have been sent to members and various businesses outlining the advertising opportunities available at the RRCC and with Curl Mesabi. If you have not responded, it is not to late. Please contact Kyle at the RRCC to place your year round ad.
