Dates set for New Curler Clinics

Curl Mesabi and the range area Community Education Programs have partnered up to provide Learn to Curl Clinics at the Range Recreation and Civic Center.

Come learn the basic skills and strategies involved in the great sport of curling. Each night will begin off the ice with a brief history of the sport and discussion about safety. Participants will then make their way to the ice where they will learn the components of delivery and sweeping. All three nights will close with a mini game and short lesson on curling strategies.

Participants should show up with a pair of clean tennis shoes and loose fitting clothing.
